To enable ORVL extend her services to the IOCs and LOCs being the major oil and gas producers such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, Total, ONGC, NAOC, Seplat, Nigerian LNG, NETCO, First E&P and service providers such as Saipem, DAEWOO & NETCO, we are duly certified and licenced by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), formerly the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), The Nigerian Petroleum Exchange (NipeX), Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB), etc
